How Did They Know This 3000yrs ago!

The Book of Revelation informs us that the New Jerusalem, will be built on foundations of 12 precious stones, Jasper, Sapphire, Chalcedony, Emerald, Onyx, Sardius, Chrysolite, Beryl, Topaz, Chrysoprase, Jacinth and Amethyst.(Rev 21:19-20).

Today we would fashion these commodities into jewellery, but here is a fascinating insight into who was the real author behind The Book of Revelation as scribed by John.

In the last generation only, we have discovered how to produce “purer light”. Most light is bouncing around, waves of particles colliding and rebounding of surfaces, going in all directions to illuminate an object caught within its path. But we have now learned how to send light in only one direction, laser light is the most common, a beam of light straight as a die.

We also possess, what we call “cross- polarised light”. A polarised filter allows only straight light waves through. But if you can imagine, another filter placed in front of the first at right angles, you will have a very fine filter that allows only the straightest of light waves through.

Scientists have taken microscopic slithers of precious stones and shone cross-polarised light through them to see what happens to theses jewels in “pure light”.

And one of two entirely different things happen with each of these stones, the technical term for each is Anisotropic & Isotropic.

What happens to some of these jewels, regardless of their colour to begin with, will turn into all the colours of the rainbow (Anisotropic), the most fantastic light patterns emerging, whilst other jewels turn black (Isotropic), as if as coal.

It is only in the last few years that this particular property has been observed.

The Jewels that God will use to build the New Jerusalem are all Anisotropic!

There will be no Diamonds, Rubies, Garnets etc., all of which are Isotropic!

Who knew this 2000 years ago? No scientist knew it, John the Apostle writing down the Revelation, as Jesus dictated it to him, he didn’t know it, nobody knew it, except one person in the whole of the Universe and that was God Himself.
